About Our Community

Yeah The Girls 40+ Community is a vibrant and supportive network specifically designed for women over 40. Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and educational platform where women can come together to learn, gain support, ask questions, vent, and use the knowledge they gain to become self-sufficient.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to empowering women over 40 by offering resources, support, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our community is built on the principles of respect, zero judgment, and mutual support. We aim to make life after 40 better and bigger by providing a platform for women to connect, share, and grow together.

Why We Are Doing This

Life after 40 can bring unique challenges, including career transitions, relationship changes, and personal growth. We believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, supported, and empowered. Our community offers a space where women can share their experiences, gain valuable insights, and find the encouragement they need to navigate this stage of life.

Meet Our Community Captain: Martha Mok

Martha Mok is the heart and soul behind Yeah The Girls 40+ Community. As an entrepreneur and a globally recognized confidence business coach, international speaker, NLP Master Practitioner, and author, Martha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community.

She is also the founder and director of Super Confidence Coaching.

Martha has survived an abusive marriage, bullying, and sexual molestation, transforming her life through mindset shifts and personal development. Her journey and expertise make her uniquely equipped to lead and inspire women over 40 to overcome their challenges and thrive.

Why Martha Created This Community

Martha Mok's life has been far from a rainbow; she has faced significant challenges, including an abusive marriage, bullying, and sexual molestation. Despite these hardships, she chose to be a light rather than succumb to darkness. Her mission is to ensure that no woman ever suffers in silence as she did.

Martha's goal is to create a platform where women over 40 can find the support they need to overcome their challenges and thrive. She believes in the power of community and that knowledge is power. This community aims to provide a space where women can connect, receive support in their business endeavors, get the resources they need, share their stories, and lift each other up.

By sharing her personal experiences and creating this community, Martha Mok hopes to empower women over 40 to build self-worth, improve their relationships, and achieve business success. She is dedicated to making life after 40 better and bigger for every woman who joins Yeah The Girls 40+ Community.

Our Community, Your Voice: Sharing Yeah The Girls Stories!

Good morning ladies.

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Martha. This morning i booked a call with her because i was lacking direction in my business and feeling pretty overwhelmed and defeated. After my call i have a clear plan on what to do and what to implement in my business that could lead to making more sales.

I think as a female small business owner we try to wear all the hats and not be willing to ask for help. Im so glad i did this call and if you are struggling or need some fresh eyes to look over your biz i highly recommend reaching out and booking a call. Im so grateful. Thank you Martha <3 Now im off to set this plan in motion

So I have been in this group for a while now and I feel that it is an awesome community that Martha has made for us to be able to know that we have a safe space to discuss the things that we do.

Now it is my turn. I have been in family violence situations my whole life up until 6 years ago when I left my then 2nd husband due to family violence again. I have Complex PTSD due to my life up until 6 years ago, which will be lifelong and episodic. I had to close my previous business as my mental health was not coping with all of the stress from the NDIS on support coordinators and ended up connecting with Tanya (Group Business Expert) and Martha.

I have struggled throughout my life being able to ask for help, due to all of the family violence I went through. But through to help of Martha and Tanya, I am now understanding that I can ask for help. These ladies are amazing, and I will always be eternally grateful to them.

Apologies for the long post, but I just had to say all that I said.

Hello, ladies!

I am from Adelaide, and I have just been added to this group.

I am going on the cruise that Martha Mok has organised. If anyone from Adelaide has been thinking about going but has been hesitating, I hope you can come!

I would love to have a travel buddy to Sydney for the cruise. Sale ends tonight, so if you are keen, you will need to let Martha Mok know today!

I don't know anyone that is going so you are not alone if you feel like you won't know anyone

I know what kind of world I want to live in, so everyday, in my home and on my Facebook pages, I strive to create a space of kindness, love, support, creativity and soul, so that whomever enters feels like they're 'home', that they can take their shoes off, curl up and rest. Because I'm human and focused on grace, not perfection, there are some days where I need to try a little harder, but please know that I try.

The world needs more 'safe' places right now. As a member of this page, I feel that Martha Mok created this page for all of us to come to when we feel alone, broken, need information, or need to feel championed, that we felt safe, loved, supported and championed when entering her page. There aren't many spaces like this, so I want to thank Martha for the effort she puts in to keep it a kind space and not one for trolls to flourish in.
