Why We Created This Expo

There comes a point when you stop asking for help…

Not because you don’t need it,

but because you’re so used to no one noticing.

For years, I was that woman.

Smiling on the outside. Achieving things people applauded.

But inside? I felt empty. Unseen. Like I had to earn love just by being useful.

And the hardest part?I wasn’t the only one.

Since creating Yeah The Girls 40 Plus

, I’ve met thousands of women just like me.

Strong women. Smart women. Brave women.

And still, so many of them feel like they’re not doing enough,

not good enough, not worthy enough.

They carry the weight of their families, their jobs, their pain…

and they still put on the

“I’m fine”face.

Every. Single. Day.

But let me tell you something:

You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be seen.

That’s why we created the

Celebrating Women Expo

So every woman, no matter her age, her past,

her postcode or her pain,

can walk into a space and feel like she belongs.

This is a day to breathe again.

To reconnect with yourself.

To stop holding it all in, and start letting a little joy out.

Shop, laugh, cry, learn, hug, connect, grow.

Because sometimes healing comes

in the form of a conversation.

Sometimes, it comes in the form of being

around people who actually get it.

Happy Kids, Happy Mum, Happy Family

And let’s talk about our kids.

So many mums are out here doing the best they can,

but the world still finds a way to blame them for everything.

That’s why we’ve partnered with

Youth Insearch

— because no mum should feel like

a failure just because she didn’t know what to do.

We want to raise kids who are happy, respectful, supported —

Not just told to behave, but taught how to love and lead.

We want the next generation to know how to ask for help

— so they never have to go through what we did, in silence.

Because happy kids come from happy mums.

And happy mums come from feeling seen, heard, and celebrated

— just as they are.

This expo is our way of saying:

You matter.

You’re doing

better than you think.

and you are absolutely

worth celebrating.
