1. General Participation

By attending, sponsoring, volunteering, speaking, or exhibiting at the Celebrating Women Expo – YTG40+, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

The Expo is designed to be a safe, inclusive, empowering and respectful environment for all women and members of the community.

We celebrate not only women in business, but also women who may feel unseen, unheard, or unsure — and we are committed to creating a space where connection, support and visibility matter.

Any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event without refund or compensation if these standards are not met.

All participants must comply with venue rules and any lawful directions provided by event staff.


2. Stallholders

Stallholders are responsible for:

Arriving during allocated bump-in time (7:00 AM – 9:30 AM)

Remaining set up for the full duration of the event

Bringing all required display materials, signage and equipment

Ensuring all products and services comply with Australian laws and regulations

Stallholders must:

Maintain a professional presentation at all times

Not pack down early without approval

Ensure their space is safe and does not obstruct others

Prohibited:

Dangerous goods

Offensive or inappropriate materials

Unauthorised food handling

We reserve the right to adjust stall allocations for safety, flow and operational reasons.

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival or early pack-down.


3. Sponsors

Sponsors must provide all required materials (logos, content, assets) by agreed deadlines.

Failure to meet deadlines may result in reduced deliverables without refund.

All sponsor content must align with the values of the Celebrating Women movement.

Sponsorship does not create a partnership, joint venture or employment relationship.


4. Volunteers

Volunteers participate in good faith and are not employees.

They agree to follow instructions and contribute to a positive event environment.

Participation is at their own risk, and volunteers are responsible for their own wellbeing.


5. Photography, Filming & Media Consent

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

Content may be used for:

Social media

Marketing campaigns

Website and promotional materials

Video, podcast and media content

If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify the registration desk.


6. Payments, Cancellations & No Refund Policy

All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable

Failure to complete payment by the agreed date will result in cancellation

All payments made will be forfeited

No refunds, credits or transfers will be provided for:

Change of mind

Change in circumstances

Inability to attend

Dissatisfaction with results

If a stallholder withdraws after confirmation, the full amount remains payable.


7. No Reliance / No Guarantees

Participants acknowledge:

The Expo is for promotional, networking and community purposes

No guarantee is made regarding attendance, sales, leads or exposure

No business outcomes are promised

Participation is at your own commercial risk.


8. Liability & Disclaimer

Participation in the event is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for loss, theft, damage or injury

We are not responsible for business outcomes or financial results

Liability is limited to the amount paid (if applicable)

Participants are responsible for their own insurance where required.


9. Event Changes & Force Majeure

We may modify, reschedule or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control.

This includes:

Venue changes

Weather or emergencies

Government restrictions

Supplier issues

We are not liable for any resulting costs or losses.


10. Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first.

Unauthorised disputes may result in recovery action.


11. Intellectual Property

All branding and event materials remain the property of YTG40+.


12. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement and override all prior discussions or representations.


13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain enforceable.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
