confidence coach, international speaker, and director of Yeah The Girls 40 Plus Community.
With a heart built from lived experience — surviving bullying, abuse, and a toxic marriage — Martha turned her pain into purpose. She’s now on a mission to ensure
no woman suffers in silence.
YTG40+ is more than a community; it’s a safe haven for women navigating midlife transitions, career reinvention, health changes, and self-worth rebuilding. With over 35,000 engaged members, this platform offers education, empowerment, and real human connection.
The Celebrating Women Expo – was born from this mission — to celebrate the strength, diversity, and courage of everyday women. It’s also the foundation for the
Celebrating Women Community Awards — recognising those who uplift others behind the scenes, without expecting the spotlight. It’s our way of saying,
"You matter, we see you, and we celebrate you.”
Youth Insearch – Our Charity Partner
Youth Insearch is one of Australia’s most impactful youth charities, offering early intervention programs for young people aged 14–24 who are at risk of falling through the cracks.
Their work addresses trauma, grief, abuse, family breakdown, bullying, and mental health challenges with compassion and structure.
Their programs are proven — delivering an 89% reduction in suicide risk, 90% improved education engagement, and 78% reduction in risk-taking behaviours.
