C.E.L.E.B.R.A.T.E. W.O.M.E.N. Awards and Gala Night

By accessing, purchasing tickets to, nominating for, or attending the C.E.L.E.B.R.A.T.E. W.O.M.E.N. Awards and Gala Night, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Legal Disclaimers:

1. Ticket Sales and Admission

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser. Tickets may be transferred to another guest with a minimum of 72 hours’ written notice. Name changes are not guaranteed within 72 hours of the event. Entry is only permitted with a valid, pre-purchased ticket and may be refused to any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

2. Event Access and Participation

The C.E.L.E.B.R.A.T.E. W.O.M.E.N. Gala Awards will be held on 1 November 2025 at The Hills Lodge Hotel, NSW. Doors open at 7:00 PM. Ticket holders are responsible for their own transport, accommodation, and related costs. Dietary requirements and accessibility needs must be advised in writing no later than 14 days before the event.

3. Changes, Cancellations, and Force Majeure

The organiser reserves the right to alter the event schedule, speaker list, location, or program at any time. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closure, health orders, or force majeure), liability is limited to the ticket cost only.

4. Photography, Videography and Media Release

By attending the event, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, and likeness as recorded or photographed during the event.This material may be used by Yeah The Girls 40 Plus for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes across any platform, including but not limited to social media, website, podcast, live streams, and print publications. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify event staff upon arrival and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Personal information collected through nomination forms, ticket sales, or event attendance will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary for event delivery (e.g., catering, accessibility).

6. Code of Conduct

The Gala is a respectful, inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour causes discomfort or risk to others, without refund or compensation. Any participant found damaging property or behaving unlawfully will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Awards Nomination Disclaimer

Nominations are reviewed in good faith by a panel of judges and via public voting (if applicable). While every effort is made to ensure fairness and accuracy, the organiser makes no guarantees regarding selection outcomes. The organiser reserves the right to amend or reassign categories, decline nominations, or withhold awards where eligibility is not met.

8. Limitation of Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers, volunteers, contractors, and venue staff against any claims arising from your attendance or actions during the event.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, presentations, and materials associated with the C.E.L.E.B.R.A.T.E. W.O.M.E.N. Awards and Gala remain the intellectual property of Yeah The Girls 40 Plus and its partners. No unauthorised reproduction, commercial use, or distribution of materials is permitted without written permission.
