⨠Intuition is Her Superpower:
Why Healing Helps Women Trust Themselves Again

đŹ âYour intuition isnât lost; itâs just waiting for you to feel safe again.â
Have you ever had a gut feeling about someone or somethingâŚ
Ignored itâŚ
Only to realise later â you were right all along?
Youâre not alone.
Most women have experienced this moment.
đŤ Intuition: The Inner Knowing You Were Born With
Weâre wired for it.
That deep sense. That nudge. That knowing.
Weâre born with intuition â we donât need logic to back it up.
It just is.
But then⌠life happens.
Weâre told weâre âtoo emotionalâ
Weâre labelled âtoo sensitiveâ
Weâre taught to please, perform, prioritise others
And so, slowlyâŚ
We start to override our inner voice.
đŹ âThere is a voice that doesnât use words. Listen.â â Rumi
đż From Trusting Ourselves to Second-Guessing Everything
I see it all the time in my trauma healing work:
Brilliant, intuitive women sit across from me and say:
âI donât know who I am anymore.â
âI second-guess everything.â
âI feel like I canât trust myself.â
Not because they lack intuitionâ
But because life taught them to distrust it.
And Iâve been there, too. Itâs disorienting. Painful. Lonely.
đ The Truth? The Answers Youâve Been Searching for Are Already Within You.
Hereâs how to begin your journey home:
⨠1. Slow down the noise
When the world is loud, your inner voice goes quiet.
Try moments of stillness. Turn off the outside, tune into the inside.
⨠2. Drop into the body
Intuition doesnât come from the mind â it speaks through the body.
Try breathwork, somatic healing, or gentle movement to return to your physical self.
⨠3. Ask curious questions
Swap âWhatâs wrong with me?â with:
âWhat do I really feel?â
âWhat am I not listening to?â
⨠4. Let go of âshouldsâ and listen to âwantsâ
Ask yourself:
âIf no one else had an opinion⌠what would I choose?â
Intuition thrives in authenticity, not obligation.
⨠5. Heal the old stories
This is where the real shift happens.
Releasing trauma and reprogramming fear allows you to feel safe againâ
And when your body feels safe, your intuition returns.
đŹ âIntuition is seeing with the soul.â â Dean Koontz
đŚ A Client Story: Sueâs Return to Self
Sue came to me lost in a fog of second-guessing.
Years in a toxic relationship had blurred the lines between intuition and anxiety.
She couldn't trust her thoughts.
Every decisionâbig or smallâfelt paralyzing.
Through trauma-informed healing, we:
Cleared her stored trauma
Regulated her nervous system
Rewired her beliefs
By our fifth session, she told me:
đ âIâm not overthinking anymore. I just know and trust myself. And that feels so peaceful.â
That is the power of healing.
đ¸ You Donât Need to Become Someone New
Reconnecting with your intuition isnât about changing who you are.
Itâs about returning â to your truest self.
Before the people-pleasing.
Before the trauma.
Before the conditioning.
đŹ âWhen a woman trusts herself again⌠she becomes magnetic, grounded, and aligned.â
đ Ready to Come Home to Yourself?
